For optimal care of your Den Mat, we recommend avoiding machine washing. Instead, for everyday cleaning, simply wipe away dirt with a damp cloth or rinse with a hose or pressure washer for a thorough clean. For a deeper clean, use lukewarm water and mild soap. After cleaning, allow the mat to air dry naturally, ensuring it is kept away from direct heat sources to maintain its durability and quality.

Today I used my dog den for the first time and it’s just perfect. Knowing my girl is safe in there is a great piece of mind. It fits perfectly in the boot of my Kia shortage

Great Crate!

The Dog Den crate is a really sturdy good looking box. I really like it, my dog fits perfectly. Only 4 star because I have a couple issues, which are not a deal breaker, but need to be mentioned. The metal door holes been cut out by a laser(I guess), and the inside edges are quite sharp and cut my dogs nose so needed to be filed down a bit. The hinges are really worrying as it looks like the screws just screwed into the plastic so if that will break than I'm not sure how they can repair it. Also the metal bit touches the plastic, which is not ideal, so I will put a plastic washer there, just in case. And the last one is the rattle noise. The doors are rattling:) it is easily fixable with a self adhesive cork pad or similar.
I still think it is worth its price, and still recommend it to others.

Regarding your points:

Metal Doors – We're now moving exclusively to black powder-coated doors to help eliminate any sharp burrs caused during the cutting process.

Hinges – These are Loctited into a hidden metal boss inside the plastic for strength, but we will now include washers as standard to reduce any long-term stress.

Rattle – We are introducing backup locks on all doors to eliminate any possible rattle during travel.
