We want you to get your Dog Den as soon as possible so that's why we offer a 2-5 day Delivery Service for all Dog Dens shipped to Mainland England, Scotland & Wales provided we have your order in stock.

• After placing your order we will send you an email to notify you once your order has been dispatched.
• Our shipping providers operate Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (such as bad weather or postal strikes). If this happens, we will be in touch to agree a revised delivery date with you. Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you on when you can expect delivery. We will make every effort to ensure that your order is received as soon as possible.

If your item is out of stock, we will directly notify you to ensure that you are aware of a possible delay.

In some cases, local customs can introduce delivery delays which are out of our control. If your item has not arrived after 15 working days after receiving your order confirmation, please contact us.
