The Dog Den crate is a really sturdy good looking box. I really like it, my dog fits perfectly. Only 4 star because I have a couple issues, which are not a deal breaker, but need to be mentioned. The metal door holes been cut out by a laser(I guess), and the inside edges are quite sharp and cut my dogs nose so needed to be filed down a bit. The hinges are really worrying as it looks like the screws just screwed into the plastic so if that will break than I'm not sure how they can repair it. Also the metal bit touches the plastic, which is not ideal, so I will put a plastic washer there, just in case. And the last one is the rattle noise. The doors are rattling:) it is easily fixable with a self adhesive cork pad or similar.
I still think it is worth its price, and still recommend it to others.

Regarding your points:
Metal Doors – We're now moving exclusively to black powder-coated doors to help eliminate any sharp burrs caused during the cutting process.
Hinges – These are Loctited into a hidden metal boss inside the plastic for strength, but we will now include washers as standard to reduce any long-term stress.
Rattle – We are introducing backup locks on all doors to eliminate any possible rattle during travel.

After seeing them at crufts we decided to perchase one and see how it would suit or life, we have a very active hectic farming life. So far this has been the best tool for our life, we can put it in my VW tourage and my Partners Ford ranger and on the back of the quad and it fits so well on/in all. They are easy to clean and very durable and best of all lightweight to easy to put inbetween cars. it fits a small lab and small springer together, however only one large lab. we will be perchasing the large one also when it gets released.
Thank you for the prompt delivery. I'm absolutely over the moon with it! While it’s not in the vehicle as originally intended. Yet, it’s by far the safest and best-looking option I’ve come across. Dog Den was the only crash-tested product I could find that would accommodate both my dogs in my Volvo V40. Saying it’s a tight fit would be an understatement. I’ve attached photos because it’s almost unbelievable how close it is! It was extremely simple to dismantle, and such a good job it did, as otherwise we would never have got it in the car! Getting it in, positioned and reassembled took some brains and perseverance due to limited car space. However, we did succeed and will soon be professionals at it! I am ecstatic that Dog Den has ticked all my must haves until we are able to upgrade the car. The fact that I have the boot space completely free to carry all my work stock, the parcel shelf in situ to hide boot contents, have 1 spare seat in the back of my car and dogs safe is absolutely priceless! A brilliant product and a glove perfect fit. My spaniels will be travelling in first class! I truly wish you every success in your business venture. I will be recommending Dog Den without any hesitation!

I’ve been looking for a crash-tested crate longer than I’ve had my dog, and when I saw an advert for Dog Den on my Instagram, I knew I’d found the solution! My dog loves it, and I love the peace of mind it gives me, knowing she’s safe and protected. I rave about my Dog Den to anyone who’ll listen!
Our Dog Den is fantastic. Our own 2 cocker spaniels love it, very happy together in it and appear much calmer than just being in the boot.
I also use it for my job as I look after dogs. The dogs are very happy to be in the Dog Den and travel safely to each destination. It is very easy to keep clean and also no problem to move in and out of the car. I really like how sturdy it is and obviously how professional it is.
I highly recommend it. And am so happy that I visited your stand at the the game fair.
I've been looking for a dog crate that I could use in the car for a while and when I found the dog den I knew that I'd found the one for us! The staff were so hhelpful and friendly. For the price, the dog den is not only very aesthetically pleasing to look at, it's built with dog safety in mind. It's brilliant in cold and hot weather and amazing to take camping as you don't need to worry about where the dogs will sleep. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing that the dogs are safe in the car always.
Hi Sophie. We just wanted to let you know how we are finding the den with our two westies and jack russell, especially in this heat. It has been great to be able to try it in the car and in the house. All 3 seem to appreciate the comfort and coolness of it in the heat of the day and we have noticed that they don't pant when they are in the dog den, whereas when they have been crated in a metal crate, they do! So it definitely helps to keep them cool (yay!). It is fab in the car as it contains all of the hair, dirt, sand and grit which would usually be sprayed everywhere. The design and look of the den is amazing! A big thank you for coming up with something fashionable as well as practical! We are very pleased to say the least! Thank you again! Since having the Dog Den, we have used it in the house as a crate, all of our dogs (2 labs and 2 spaniels) have taken it in turns to sleep in it! And in our cars. There’s nothing worse than getting back from the beach or muddy fields and knowing your dog will instantly shake in the car, but having the den in the boot, it contains all of the hair, grit, dirt etc. I’ve cleaned it twice since having it and I simply hoover it and hose it down, job done. It’s great having something to put the dogs in that doesn’t rattle every time they move. It’s great to finally have a travel crate that’s so versatile and easy to clean.
